Ingredientes:<br />

500 gr. <strong>de</strong> fariña<br />

380 gr. <strong>de</strong> manteiga<br />

6 ovos<br />

ROSCÓN DE REIS<br />

20 gr. <strong>de</strong> fermento prensado<br />

Cascas <strong>de</strong> laranxa e <strong>de</strong> limón<br />

Azucre<br />

Elaboración:<br />

Amasar todos os ingredientes, agás a manteiga, ata que se<br />

<strong>de</strong>spegue das mans.<br />

Colocar a masa nun recipiente, tapar cun pano húmido e<br />

<strong>de</strong>ixar repousar durante 3 ou 4 horas.<br />

Untar con manteiga unha ban<strong>de</strong>xa do forno, poñer enriba<br />

a masa en forma <strong>de</strong> roscón e adornar coas cascas <strong>de</strong> limón<br />

e laranxa. Deixar temperar 2 ou 3 horas.<br />

Untar con xemas batidas e esparexer con azucre. Meter<br />

no forno a 180 o C durante 25 minutos.<br />
