Ingredientes:<br />

500 gr. <strong>de</strong> fariña<br />

250 gr. <strong>de</strong> azucre<br />

POLVORÓNS<br />

200 gr. <strong>de</strong> graxa <strong>de</strong> porco<br />

100 gr. <strong>de</strong> améndoa picada<br />

1 culleradiña <strong>de</strong> canela<br />

Elaboración:<br />

Secar a fariña no forno, <strong>de</strong>ixar arrefriar e peneirar.<br />

Mesturar cos outros ingredientes ata conseguir una masa<br />

mol<strong>de</strong>able. Darlle forma á masa axudándose dun vaso.<br />

Meter no forno ata que estean dourados. Unha vez fríos<br />

esparexer con azucre moído.<br />
