1 l. <strong>de</strong> leite<br />

CHULAS DA AVOA AMPARO<br />

1 pau <strong>de</strong> canela en rama<br />

Raspas <strong>de</strong> limón<br />

Azucre (o necesario para que o leite que<strong>de</strong> moi<br />

doce)<br />

4 ou 5 ovos (<strong>de</strong>pen<strong>de</strong>ndo do pan que se bote)<br />

Miga <strong>de</strong> pan<br />

Manteiga<br />

Elaboración:<br />

Poñer a ferver o leite co pau <strong>de</strong> canela, as raspas <strong>de</strong> limón<br />

e o azucre.<br />

Bater os ovos e mesturar coa miga <strong>de</strong> pan <strong>de</strong>sfeita <strong>de</strong><br />

maneira que non que<strong>de</strong> moi espeso.<br />

Poñer a manteiga e fritir nunha tixola o pan mollado no<br />

ovo, dándolle forma redon<strong>de</strong>ada e plana cunha culler.<br />

Sacar e incorporar ao leite, que ten que estar fervendo. No<br />

momento <strong>de</strong> botalas, apagar o lume.<br />
