ABSTRACT<br />
The present work, searched to bring contributions for the knowledge of the<br />
playful activities developed by the aboriginal societies. It was perceived through this<br />
document that the trick for the aboriginal societies is not a mere pastime, it aid in the<br />
maturation process and development, promoting processes of socialization and<br />
discovery of the world. Adults and children dance, sing, imitate animals, cultivate its<br />
activities and work for its subsistence. Exactly the described behaviors as infantile<br />
tricks or games are, many times, forms of behavior of all the tribe, therefore they<br />
bring necessary teachings to the life in collective. Therefore, the activities of the child<br />
directly are related with its self-esteem, being thus, this activity is of utmost<br />
importance for the process of development and learning. Therefore, in this<br />
compilation on the Playful Activities of the Children, one searched to demonstrate<br />
that the characteristic motivation of the tricks for ethnic groups: Bororo, Maioruna,<br />
Manchineri, Pareci, Tukano and Yanomami, it is to extract through pleasant<br />
situations multiple and significant learning for the daily life, and over all for the<br />
reaffirmation of the Tikuna identity.<br />
