Comissão <strong>de</strong> Direitos Humanos em 1946, ficou estipulado que esta <strong>de</strong>veria<br />
<strong>de</strong>senvolver trabalhos na busca por tratados ou convenções internacionais<br />
sobre a regulamentação dos direitos humanos. Em 1948 <strong>de</strong>senvolve-se<br />
a Declaração Universal <strong>de</strong> Direitos Humanos, aprovada pela Assembleia<br />
Geral em <strong>de</strong>zembro do mesmo ano referido. Depois, em 1966 dois pactos<br />
foram aprovados, um sobre direitos civil e políticos e outro sobre direitos<br />
econômicos, sociais e culturais.<br />
