Esse capítulo objetiva revisar a literatura de CM a partir de uma visão de OS, que está calcada, assim como as pesquisas em CM a partir da visão de OM, na definição do “se” e “como” as empresas podem fornecer para os clientes uma customização eficiente. Para isso, foram realizadas pesquisas em três bases de dados (etapa 1), utilizando as palavras-chave Mass Customization e Operations Strategy (OS). Essa pesquisa resultou em mais de 300 artigos dos últimos 10 anos. 41
