Learning a new talent costs 3 XP. At character
creation, you get a number of general talents
depending on your age.

You are skilled in the art of fighting with one
close combat weapon in each hand. You have a
primary weapon in your favored (or sword) hand
and a secondary weapon in your other hand.
You can draw both weapons with a single DRAW
WEAPON action.
