Raumabanen er en av Europas
mest spektakulære jernbanestrekning.
Den strekker seg 114 km, mellom
fjord og fjell, fra Åndalsnes til
Dombås. Fra Dombås er det videre
forbindelse med tog til Oslo og Trondheim.
Deler av Harry Potter og Halvblodsprinsen
ble filmet langs den
magiske strekningen langs Raumabanen
i 2008. Nærmere ekte trolldom
kommer du ikke.
Reisen med Raumabanen byr på fantastisk
utsikt til Trollveggen, fascinerende
steinbruer, fossefall og lakseelva
Rauma. Hver dag året rundt går
det tog til og fra Åndalsnes og om
sommeren er det høytalerguide
om bord og fotostopp underveis.
Noen avganger går også tur / retur
Åndalsnes – Bjorli. På denne timesturen
får du med deg noe av det mest
spektakulære norsk natur kan by på.

Raumabanen will give you one
of the most spectacular train rides in
Europe. The 114 km of train tracks
winds from the fjord along magnificent
scenery, from Åndalsnes to Dombås.
From Dombås there are connecting
departures to Oslo and
Trondheim. Parts of Harry Potter and
the Half Blood Prince was filmed
along Raumabanen in 2008. Secretly
the entire crew stayed for three
weeks to experience the magic of the
real world.
A journey with Raumabanen offers a
fantastic view of Trollveggen,
en chanting, old stone bridges, waterfalls
and the river, Rauma, famous for
it’s abundance of salmon. The train
runs all year around to and from
Åndalsnes, and during the summer
season, and audio guiding is provided
on board with photo stops en route.
Some departures also make a return
trip from Åndalsnes to Bjorli. This
hour­long trip is your chance to experience
some of the most spectacular
natural features of the Norwegian
countryside.

Die Raumabahn ist eine der
spektakulärsten Bahnstrecken Europas.
Sie erstreckt sich über 114 km
zwischen Fjord und Gebirge von
Åndalsnes nach Dombås. Von Dombås
besteht Zugverbindung nach Oslo
und nach Trondheim.
Harry Potter und der Halbblut prinz
verwendet den Zauber der Strecke
entlang der Rauma Linie als Kulisse
für diesem Film. Das ist so nah an
Magie sie kommen!
Die Reise mit der Raumabahn bietet
fantastische Aussichten auf die Trollveggen,
die höchste senkrechte Felswand
Europas, auf faszinierende
Steinbrücken und Wasserfälle und auf
den Lachsfluss Rauma. Das ganze Jahr
über gehen jeden Tag Züge von und
nach Åndalsnes – im Sommer mit
einem Guide über Lautsprecher und
Fotostops unterwegs. Es ist auch
möglich, nur die Strecke Åndalsnes
– Bjorli hin und zurück zu befahren.
