It is a fun andinteractive session th<strong>at</strong> will help you get fitand improve your coordin<strong>at</strong>ion, while youwork on your dance moves. Kids Velocity isan indoor cycling program aimed towardschildren 8-15 years old. This <strong>class</strong> offers anawesome aerobic workout, because you stayin one place with the same basic movementthroughout and doesn’t involve a lot ofcoordin<strong>at</strong>ion, its easier to concentr<strong>at</strong>e onyour form than in other types of aerobics<strong>class</strong>es. Although you follow the generalinstructions of the instructor, you are incontrol when it comes to your own workout.Zumba – Zumba fitness is a fitnessdance exercise program th<strong>at</strong> getseveryone motiv<strong>at</strong>ed by cre<strong>at</strong>ing a partylike <strong>at</strong>mosphere. Our Zumba instructorstake you through a combin<strong>at</strong>ion of dancesteps such as merengue, reggaetone andsalsa.
