Description
● Fail-safe principle with spring loaded safety technology
● Unloaded brake pedal as basic actuator position (non-powered)
● Emergency-Off button on actuator unit and cell E-STOP loop interface
● Fast and simple mounting of seat rail clamping adapter to free end of driver seat rail
● Actuator unit with mechanical quick lock for easy installation to seat rail adapter
● No teach-in required
● Operation modes:
Positioning set-point 0...10V corresponding to 0...150mm pedal stroke
Force control mode 0 … 10V corresponding to 0 … 350N pedal force
● Feedback signal for pedal position and pedal force as 0...10V signals
● Input for external ”actuator enable” signal
● Input for mode switch “position control” / “force control”
● 5 digital inputs for PI controller setting while running in “force control” mode
● Potential free relays output signal for ”controller ready”
● Integrated micro controller PLC for scaling and logic
● High accurate and dynamic position control with PWM – axis controller
