MAINTENANCE<br />
Maintain the tool according to these instructions so that it will last for a long time. Always check before using<br />
the tool that the power switch is working properly.<br />
Always clean the tool after use. The mixer can usually be cleaned with water or sand. Do not expose the tool<br />
to knocks and blows – risk of material damage.<br />
Make sure that the mixer spindle is clean before fi tting the mixer on the tool. The socket should be covered by<br />
the safety cap when the mixer is not fi tted.<br />
Keep the vents clean and free from debris and other deposits to prevent damage and fi re risk.<br />
Only use spare parts and accessories recommended by the manufacturer.<br />
Carbon brushes<br />
Check the carbon brushes after 60 hours of operation.<br />
Replace the carbon brushes if they are worn.<br />
1. Switch off the tool, unplug the power cord and<br />
remove the motor cover.<br />
2. Unscrew the carbon brush holders and replace<br />
the carbon brushes.<br />
3. Screw the carbon brush holders back on.<br />
