Operating instructions
2.4 GHz
Radio Control
Important characteristics
Micro helicopter:
• New coaxial rotor system with electronic gyro for
outstanding flight characteristics
• Strong fuselage made out of plastic
• Installed, rechargeable LiPo (Lithium polymer) battery
• Easy to recharge batteries directly via the charging
device integrated into the remote control unit with
microprocessor-monitored charging control
Remote control unit:
• Proportional 3-channel GHz remote control
• Trimming function for fine tuning
Safety guidelines:
• This helicopter is for inside use only and is not suitable
for use outside.
• This helicopter is suitable for children of 15 years upwards.
Parents must supervise their children whilst the helicopter
is in the air.
• Keep hands, face, hair and loose clothing away from the
rotors.
• Switch off the remote control unit and the helicopter when
they are not being used.
• Remove the batteries from the remote control when they
are not being used.
• Always observe the helicopter in order to avoid losing
control of it.
• We recommend you only use new alkali-manganese batteries
• As soon as the remote control unit stops working reliably,
insert new batteries.
• Please retain these Operating instructions.
• The user should only operate this helicopter according to
the instructions for use in these Operating instructions.
• Do not fly the helicopter close to people, animals, waterways
and power supply lines.
• The charging device for the LiPo battery has been specially
designed to recharge the helicopter battery. Only use it to
recharge the helicopter battery and not for other batteries.
Maintenance and care:
• Please only wipe down the helicopter using a clean cloth.
• Protect the helicopter and the batteries against direct sun irradiation
and/or direct heat
• Never bring the helicopter in contact with water, as the electronics may
be damaged.
Battery safety guidelines for remote control:
• Non-rechargeable batteries must not be charged.
• Rechargeable batteries must be removed from the remote control unit.
• Rechargeable batteries may only be charged under the supervision
of adults.
• Different battery types or new and used batteries must not be used
together.
• Only the recommended batteries or those of an equivalent type may
be used.
• Disposable batteries for this remote control and other household electrical
equipment can be replaced by environmentally-friendly rechargeable
batteries (power packs)
• The batteries must be inserted with the correct polarity (+ and -).
• Empty batteries must be removed from the remote control unit.
• The terminal strips must not be short-circuited. Remove the batteries
from the remote control unit if they are not required for a longer period
of time.
The helicopter is equipped with a rechargeable lithium polymer
battery. Please observe the following safety guidelines:
• Never throw LiPo batteries into the fire or keep in hot places.
• Only use the charging device integrated in the remote control unit to
recharge the batteries.
• On disposal, the batteries must be discharged or the battery capacity
must be exhausted. Cover open poles with an adhesive strip to avoid
short circuits!
Safety guidelines:
• Never make changes to the construction of the product, as it could be
damaged or become a hazard.
• In order to cut risks, never operate the helicopter when sitting on the
floor or on a chair. Operate the helicopter from a position from which you
can move quickly if required.
• Always switch the helicopter and the remote control unit off after use.
Otherwise they could be started up inadvertently.
Battery requirements for
the helicopter:
Power supply:
Capacity: DC 3.7 V, 180 mAh
Batteries: 1 x 3.7 V rechargeable
LiPo battery (integrated)
Battery requirements for
the remote control unit:
Power supply:
DC 9 V
Batteries: 6 x 1.5 V “AA”
(included)
Law on electrical waste:
After final use, please remove all batteries and dispose of them
separately. Hand in old electrically-operated devices at community
electrical waste collection points. The remaining parts can be put into
household waste. Thank you for your cooperation!
Never touch the rotor when it is turning!
Do not fly close to people, animals,
waterways or power supply lines -
supervision by an adult is required.
