1. Route the blowhole (5) to the collector.<br />
2. Open the venting valve°(4).<br />
The separated air is drained from the vessel.<br />
3. Close the valve as soon as fluid <strong>com</strong>es out of the<br />
pipe.<br />
Operation and maintenance<br />
For safety reasons the fluid must be able to run out of<br />
the safety valve during the heating process.<br />
Do not close the safety valve.<br />
Check the unit before restarting it when the safety<br />
valve has been deployed (normally only occurs at start<br />
up).<br />
Problem free operation is only possible with open ball<br />
valves (position 0°. See section Start-up and inspection<br />
on page 14.<br />
