Replace the gasket ring
Replace the pre-filter
Push-back the clamps
Pull-off the hoses
Replace the pre-filter (observe
correct flow direction!)
General check
Check the fuel hoses and clamps
for leaks and damage
Open the fuel tap
Vent the fuel system
Vent the fuel system
Loosen vent screw 1
approx. 2 turns
Loosen vent screw 2
approx. 2 turns
Have an appropriate catch pan
ready for fuel
Start the engine until fuel without
air bubbles comes out
Tighten the venting screws
Replace the sealing stripsln
Unscrew the fixing screw of the
side shroudings
Take-off the side shrouding
Side sealing strips
Unscrew the mountings of the
sealing strips
Screw-on the sealing strips but
do not yet tighten them
Slide 5 mm thick rest under
sweeper to set ground clearance
Align the sealing strips
Tighten the fixings of the sealing
strips
Rear sealing strips
Take-off the folding splint
Take-off the shrouding
Unscrew the mountings of the
sealing strips
Screw-on the sealing strips but
do not yet tighten them
Slide 5 mm thick rest under
sweeper to set ground clearance
Align front sealing strip
