Drive forwards and increase sweep<br />

roller contact pressure<br />

Only for "floating" operating mode<br />

Open/close container<br />

ejection tailgate<br />

To open or close the container<br />

ejector flap grip it at its front<br />

Open container ejection tailgate<br />

Container ejection tailgate locked<br />

Lift and close container ejection<br />

tailgate<br />

Adjust driver seat<br />

Press the seat unlatching device<br />

Displace the seat<br />

Release the seat unlatching<br />

device<br />

Lock the seat by moving<br />

backwards and forwards.<br />

The seat is spring-loaded<br />

The spring hardness can be<br />

adjusted with the handwheel<br />

Turn it clockwise:<br />

The spring becomes firmer<br />

Counterclockwise:<br />

The spring becomes softer<br />

Before every operation<br />

General notes<br />

Stand sweeper on a flat surface<br />

Remove the ignition key<br />

Lock the hand brake<br />

Testing and maintenance<br />

work<br />

Check engine oil level and top-up<br />

Check and overhaul the water<br />

cooler<br />

Check the sweep roller<br />

Check the tyre air pressure<br />

Refill fuel<br />

Adjust driver seat<br />

Clean-down the dust filter<br />

Commissioning<br />

Start machine<br />

Sit on the driver seat.<br />

Driving pedals to neutral setting!<br />

Lock the hand brake<br />

Notes:<br />

The machine is equipped with a<br />

seat contact switch. The sweeper<br />

switches off automatically as the<br />

driver leaves his seat<br />

Pull out the accelerator 1/3.<br />

Preheating<br />

Insert the ignition key in the<br />

ignition switch and set to<br />

position 1.<br />

Preheating pilot lamp lit<br />

Start engine<br />

Turn ignition key to position 2<br />

when preheating pilot lamp goes<br />

out.<br />

Release the ignition key when<br />

the engine has started.<br />

Run machine<br />

Raise the sweep roller.<br />
