Before connecting the cooker hood to the power supply you must: check the data panel<br />

(located inside the cooker hood) to ascertain that the voltage is equivalent to the mains supply<br />

(230 V). If in doubt, seek advice from a certified electrician.<br />

2. Warning! Under certain conditions electrical appliances can pose a hazard to health!<br />

A) Do not inspect the condition of the filters while the cooker hood is in operation.<br />

B) Do not touch bulbs or surrounding areas during or immediately after the light has been<br />

on for an extended period.<br />

C) It is forbidden to flambé food under the cooker hood.<br />

D) Avoid open flames as these damage the filters and create a fire risk.<br />

E) Monitor food constantly as it is being heated in order to avoid over-heated oils creating<br />

a fire risk.<br />

F) Disconnect the power supply before all forms of maintenance.<br />

G) This cooker hood must not be operated by small children or infirm persons without<br />

proper supervision.<br />

H) Small children should be supervised in order to ensure they do not play with the cooker<br />

hood.<br />

I) There must be sufficient ventilation in the room when using the cooker hood in<br />

conjunction with combustible gas or other fuel sources.<br />

J) Cleaning performed without proper adherence to this guide can create a fire risk.<br />
