Je gebruikt de present continuous om aan te geven dat iets bezig is op het moment dat je spreekt of
schrijft:
Kate is not at home. She is visiting her grandparents. Kate is niet thuis. Ze is op bezoek bij haar grootouders.
Where is Brian? - In the kitchen. He is cooking dinner. Waar is Brian? - In de keuken. Hij is bezig met het avondeten.
It is raining . Het regent.
I am reading a book by J.K. Rowling. Ik ben een boek van J.K. Rowling aan het lezen.
