website on the second of February. I received the boots last week, on
February 25th. When I took them out of the box, I saw that the boots do not
have the same colour. Unfortunately, the left one is clearly a lighter shade of
brown than the right one.
I have returned the UGG boots via the post office. My order number is
H11658994. Instead of a refund, I would like you to send me another pair of
UGG boots as soon as possible.

I would like to complain about the 496 buses. They arrive late most evenings
being that they are supposed to arrive every 15 minutes. This evening I was
kept waiting for over 40 minutes and when I asked the driver why there had
been no buses he said he did not know.
