BEDRUKKING
Sinds begin dit jaar werken we met de nieuwste digitale druktechnieken. Met
ons DTF printing systeem halen we ongeziene scherpe drukkwaliteit op bijna alle
mogelijke materialen.
De print is heel flexibel ten opzicht van andere druktechnieken en daardoor geschikt
voor katoen, polyester, jeans, jute en vele anderen.
Met onze nieuwe machines drukken we in 1 kleur of volledig in kleur voor dezelfde
prijs en dit al vanaf 1 exemplaar.
Voor sommige toepassingen wordt nog steeds gebruik gemaakt van borduurwerk
of zeefdruk.

WAAROM EEN WERKBROEK?
'Waarom een werkbroek?', wordt er soms gevraagd. Het grootste verschil tussen een werkbroek
en een 'normale' broek, is dat een werkbroek speciaal is gemaakt voor het dragen tijdens bepaalde
werkzaamheden. Hierdoor is een werkbroek over het algemeen sterker, comfortabeler en
biedt de broek meer bescherming dan een normale broek.
Verder is een werkbroek vaak voorzien van extra zakken, waardoor je makkelijk dingen kan opbergen
in je broek tijdens het werk. In vele broeken kan je ook kniestukken voorzien zodat je
comfortabeler op je knieën kan werken.

De print is extreem rekbaar (tot 50% meer dan andere manieren van drukken), wat zeer handig is
voor stretch stof en sportshirts.
Fijne (haar)lijntjes en teksten van een paar punten, kunnen perfect gedrukt worden.

Onze hoge kwaliteit kniestukken voldoen in de meeste werkomstandigheden.
Voor vloerleggers en andere vakmensen die vaak op hun knieën werken, hebben we stevige

Daarnaast zijn de meeste broeken ook wel zo ontworpen dat de unisex pasvorm afgestemd

EN-STANDAARD
& CE NORMERINGEN
Veiligheidsnorm voor veiligheidsschoenen voor professioneel gebruik — De bepalingen waaraan veiligheidsschoenen
dienen te voldoen, werden vastgelegd in Europese veiligheidsnormen. Alle veiligheidsschoenen die onder deze norm vallen,
dienen minstens voorzien te zijn van een aantal basisvereisten. Bij de markering staat de letter ‘S’ voor het Engelse ‘safety’,
wat ‘veiligheid’ betekent. Al onze veiligheidsschoenen beschermen tegen de impact van neuzen tot een energieniveau van
200J en het doordringen van de zool. Alle gebruikte onderdelen zijn getest en geselecteerd volgens de Europese technische
eisen op het gebied van veiligheid, ergonomie, comfort en kwaliteit.
Controleer altijd of het product voldoet aan de veiligheidseisen van uw werk. Lees de handleiding grondig door voor
het eerste gebruik. Deze handleiding wordt geleverd met altijd een paar schoenen.

Veiligheidsschoenen moeten steeds voldoen aan de
basisvereisten volgens de norm EN ISO 20345.
S1 veiligheidsschoenen voldoen aan de volgende
eigenschappen:
• De basiseigenschappen voor veiligheidsschoenen,
• Gesloten zone aan de hiel,
• Antistatische eigenschappen,
• Absorptie van energie in de hiel,
• Weerstand van de zool tegen Koolwaterstoffen,.
Veiligheidsschoenen van het type S2 beschikken
over dezelfde eigenschappen als in veiligheidsklasse
S1 met de toevoeging van een extra eigenschap: het
bovenmateriaal is bestand tegen penetratie en
absorptie van water. S2 veiligheidsschoenen voldoen
aan de volgende eigenschappen:
• De basiseigenschappen voor veiligheidsschoenen,
• De extra eigenschappen van veiligheidsklasse S1
(A+FO+E),
• De extra eigenschap WRU.

Veiligheidsschoenen van het type S1P vallen niet onder
een eigen veiligheidsklasse, maar omdat dit om een
veel voorkomend type schoenen gaat, krijgen ze toch
een aparte vermelding. Deze veiligheidsschoenen zijn
gebaseerd op de veiligheidsklasse S1 met als extra
eigenschap een antiperforatiezool. S1P veiligheidsschoenen
voldoen aan de volgende eigenschappen:
• De basiseigenschappen voor veiligheidsschoenen,
• De extra eigenschappen van veiligheidsklasse S1
(A+FO+E),
• De extra eigenschap P.
Veiligheidsschoenen van het type S3 beschikken
over dezelfde eigenschappen als in veiligheidsklasse
S2 met de toevoeging van een bijkomende eigenschap.
S3 veiligheidsschoenen voldoen aan de volgende
eigenschappen:
• De basiseigenschappen voor veiligheidsschoenen,
• De extra eigenschappen van veiligheidsklasse S2

Een hoge veiligheidsschoen speciaal gemaakt voor het werken met asfalt. Het is gemaakt van sterk, duurzaam
leer met een gladde buitenzool van nitrilrubber die temperaturen tot 300° C aan kan. Binnenin de
