Richtlijn Guillain-Barré syndroom

VaccinatieAanbeveling 14.1.1GBS is op zichzelf geen reden om te vaccineren tegen griep. Om te vaccinerenmoet er een andere welomschreven indicatie zijn (zie NHG standaard, 2008).Aanbeveling 14.1.2GBS is geen absolute contra-indicatie voor vaccinatie. Bij patiënten die eerderGBS hebben doorgemaakt aansluitend (in de eerste vier tot zes weken) op eenvaccinatie (tegen griep of tetanus) is er wel een relatieve contra-indicatie voordie betreffende vaccinatie.
