Any communication about substitution should bein writing.ShipmentIf you cannot collect your order yourself, it can be sent to you. This can be in by parcel post, but a courierservice is used for larger orders.Parcel post:- Parcels are sent between 1 October and 15 April.- Parcels are sent via TPG Post at the applicable rates. The following apply to parcel post:- The order must have a minimum value of € 35,00.- Postage and packing charges are a minimum of € 6,75 per parcel.Despatch by courier service:The charges vary according to weight and volume and will be passed on to you. There is no minimum ordervalue. There are no packing charges apart from the charge for the packaging material itself.Despatch by haulier (abroad):These orders must be have a minimum size of at least one (1) europallet (1 x 1 x 2.1 m). There areno packing charges apart from the charge for the packaging material itself.Discounts- 5 to 9 plants of one species/cultivar: 10% discount.- 10 to 24 plants of one species/cultivar: 20% discount.- 25 or more plants of one species/cultivar: 30% discount.PaymentAll prices are in Euro and are excluding VAT (6%) (packaging costs are at the higher rate of 19%).Companies ordering from abroad are requested to quote their VAT registration number. The prices listedapply until a new catalogue is issued. We would advise you to pay cash or via bank or giro transfer. Weaccept Eurocheques and giro cards. We are unfortunately obliged to charge € 10,00 extra for cashing personalcheques because of bank charges. We regret that it is not possible to pay by credit card. Payment shouldbe made within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. We will add 2% interest per month if this period isexceeded. Any collection charges will be at the purchaser’s expense.
