CRA is een complexe multimodale <strong>in</strong>terventie die veel tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g vraagt. Omdat het onderzoek<br />

merendeels is uitgevoerd bij ernstig verslaafden, is de CRA bij deze groep toch een mogelijk<br />

alternatief. CRA is een van de we<strong>in</strong>ige <strong>in</strong>terventies met perspectief bij de behandel<strong>in</strong>g van<br />

cocaïneafhankelijkheid.<br />

Aanbevel<strong>in</strong>g<br />

CRA (Community Re<strong>in</strong>forcement Approach) kan worden <strong>in</strong>gezet bij ernstig verslaafden die<br />

niet sterk gemotiveerd zijn, maar die nog wel een steunende sociale omgev<strong>in</strong>g hebben.<br />
