Overige overwegingen
CRA is een complexe multimodale interventie die veel training vraagt. Omdat het onderzoek
merendeels is uitgevoerd bij ernstig verslaafden, is de CRA bij deze groep toch een mogelijk
alternatief. CRA is een van de weinige interventies met perspectief bij de behandeling van
cocaïneafhankelijkheid.

Aanbeveling
CRA (Community Reinforcement Approach) kan worden ingezet bij ernstig verslaafden die
niet sterk gemotiveerd zijn, maar die nog wel een steunende sociale omgeving hebben.
