Dear Sir/Madam,
On 13 October last we received as requested a delivery of books. Unfortunately,
the books are badly damaged. Therefore, we cannot sell the books.
We would like to offer two possible solutions. Either, we return the books
and you send us new, undamaged books. Or, we keep the damaged books
and you give us a substantial discount.
We would like to know as soon as possible which of our two options you can
