Gemiddeld tot hoog intensief. (American College of Sports<br />

Medicine) (Pollock et al., 1998). Pos. op cardio – resp.syst. bij training<br />

op laag – gemiddeld / middel - hoog intensief niveau (Adamsen et al.,<br />

2003; Burnham & Wilcox, 2002; Lee, 2003).<br />

Twee sessies 20-30 minuten. Home trainer, roeiapparaat of<br />

loopband. Inspanningstest op 60 – 80% van de Heart Rate Reserve<br />

(HRR)Karvonen: HRtraining = HRrest + (60- 85% x (HRmax – HRrest<br />

)) (HR = heart rate per minute).<br />

•Training aangepast. (cardio - respiratoire conditie)
