Evaluatie coördinatie. Per sessie maximale herhaling bepalen.<br />

> 20 – 25 herhalingen? extra gewicht. 3 sessies van 20 -25<br />

herhalingen, zonder aanpassing gewicht. = stabiel.<br />

2 x stabiel?, meer intensieve training (PRT-system C).<br />

= 3 sessies. 13 – 20 keer met 90 á 120 seconden rust.
