After the course you will be able to handle all kinds of process
improvement projects in compliance with the 6 sigma philosophy
The aim of this course is:
- define quality;
- indicate what are the most important quality philosophies;
- formulate quality policy and translate this into operational
targets and aims with accompanying performance indicators
(PIs);
- indicate the significance of quality for a company;
- apply process steps from the 6 ‘sigma’ quality philosophy to
improve business processes
