At the end of the excursion you will be able to recognise the influence of
the local culture in operational management and you will have increased
you knowledge in Logistics.
Apart from this your cultural awareness will be hightened..
You will be acquinted with foreign practices by means of visits to
companies/organisations during a week. In this week you are given an
impression of all aspects of the Supply Chain:
purchase/production/warehousing&transhipment/transport and
distribution, health care and event logistics. In order to reach the learning
objective, preparation and active participation is mandatory. Naturally,
the foreign language and culture form an additional experience.
Assignment: Per group you are expected to make a powerpoint
presentation and write a report
