1 representative of the FPS Economic affairs in charge of analysis of the<br />

impact of the projects on the Belgian economy.<br />

1 representative of the member of the Federal government who has<br />

development cooperation under its attribution in charge of the assessment of<br />

the relevance for development of the projects;<br />

1 representative of the Federal budget;<br />

1 representative of the member of the Federal government who is in charge of<br />

Budget and Small and Medium Enterprises;<br />

1 representative of the National Delcredere Office, in charge of the risk<br />

analysis of the recipient organization or the company as well as the<br />

environmental impact assessment of the relevant projects;<br />

2 representatives of each of the 3 regions.<br />

FINEXPO also seeks the World Bank support for advice on the relevance for development<br />

of the projects and the Embassies support for advice on the relevance for trade and<br />

development.<br />

When required by the Inspector of Finance, the BTC is contracted to provide either a<br />

pricing study or an evaluation of State-to-State loans projects.<br />

Some banks advise their client companies regarding the FINEXPO instruments.<br />
