client have access to alternative concessional lending from other financiers, for<br />

example multilateral or bilateral investment funds?<br />

7. If you worked with local counterparts, did you include them during the project<br />

definition? For state-to-state loans, how did you include local institutions during<br />

the project definition and for the financial engineering?<br />

9. Was the FINEXPO secretariat useful to answer the questionnaire (kind and quality<br />

10. During the application period, did you receive support or guidance from the<br />

Belgian Embassy? And by one of the regional (Walloon, Flanders, Brussels)<br />

investment and trading promotion offices?<br />

labour and cultural heritage. What kind of technical guarantees were included in<br />

your bid to ensure the technical adherence to these conditions? Did you (or the<br />

client) conduct an environmental impact assessment? (technical quality)<br />

13. During implementation, did you provide information on the realisation of the<br />

activities to the client (progress reports) and did you provide a copy to FINEXPO?<br />

14. After completion of the transaction, did you receive any critical comment on the<br />

FINEXPO conditions?<br />

15. Did the FINEXPO supported transaction enable the establishment of new positions<br />

in <strong>Belgium</strong> in order to implement the project (temporary / permanent<br />

employment)?<br />

16. For this project, did you elaborate a user’s manual (or translations of existing<br />

manuals) or did you train personnel / staff in operational skills, maintenance or<br />

17. Do you know how much temporary employment was created during<br />
