• Stijging van afterload door plotse stijging impedantie tegen<br />
aorta flow, release catecholamines en renine systeem activatie<br />
• Preload kan toenemen of afnemen<br />
• CO neemt aanvankelijk af, maar is daarna afhankelijk van<br />
preload verandering, contractiliteit en coronaire reserve<br />
