spread around the globe, particularly to the USA and the Caribbean and<br />
how the system is currently in operation in England, USA and the<br />
Caribbean.<br />
This course inclu<strong>de</strong>s a comparative analysis <strong>of</strong> the legal systems in these<br />
regions and with the civil law legal system in <strong>Suriname</strong>.<br />
