make so much, is the smallest part of the problem presented to

each food and drink as will stimulate it, and whatever may make
puberty premature : also, it is needful to give to the growing boy
or strong young man a sufficiency of bodily toil. But if the more
appetite be successfully kept at its normal condition, that condition
