to enter upon this way of life.

Merkwaardig is het, dat de Commissie na zoo nauwgezet
onderzoek en ook waarschijnlijk van de ten onzent verkregen
resultaten kennis te hebben genomen, hare conclusies aldus
aanvangt (blz. 19) :
