SSRI
● OE (frekwent):digestieve problemen (nausea, diarree,
constipatie), hoofdpijn, somnolentie, insomnie, duizeligheid,
agitatie, seksuele stoornissen (ejaculatiestoornissen,
anorgasmie), zz serotonerg syndroom, zz hyponatriëmie (vnl. bij
bejaarden), zz gastro-intenstinale bloeding (voorzichtig bij >80j,
bij antecedenten, in combinatie NSAID), casuïstiek:
gynecomastie
● Verhoogd risico op suicidaliteit en automutilatie bij kinderen
(+jongvolwassenen)
● Dervingssyndroom bij plotse stop
● Interacties (CYT P450), MAOI, antistolling, NSAID
● CI: acuut myocardinfarct
