Sadly Alan Flisher passed away during the final year of developing and piloting these materials. He was an
inspirational and caring colleague and leader on this project and he is dearly missed.

These materials were developed to pilot-test a school-based intervention to prevent intimate partner
violence. Although the pilot test showed promising results, the efficacy and effectiveness of this programme
have not yet been established under rigorous testing. You can find more information about the development
