José Ramos (Universitat de València)<br />

Dr Ramos graduated and obtained a PhD in Psychology from the Universitat de València where he is currently<br />

Professor in Organizational Psychology and Work. From 2006 to 2012 he was Dean of the Faculty of<br />

Psychology. He has directed 9 PhD theses. His specialist fields are the organizational climate and the<br />

psychological contract, analysis of directive work, organizational management and service quality. He has<br />

directed National R&D Plan projects and has also taken part in projects for the European Commission. He has<br />

been a member of the AENOR Working Group (AENGET 22), Evaluación de personas en contextos laborales,<br />

for the validation of the Spanish version of the ISO-10667 standard, and is coordinator of the National Referee<br />

Committee that awards the European Qualification for Psychologists (Europsy) of the European Federation of<br />

Psychologists Associations.He has attended numerous national and international congresses, and has<br />

published various works in books, and in national and international journals.<br />

Jesús Rodríguez López (Pablo de Olavide University, Seville)<br />

Dr Rodríguez graduated in Economics from the University of Seville (1992) and obtained his PhD in Economics<br />

from the Pablo de Olavide University of Seville (2003). He holds a Master in Economics from the Pompeu Fabra<br />

University of Barcelona (1997). He is currently Professor at the Pablo de Olavide University and since March<br />

2011 he is a collaborator of the UNICAJA Financial Education Platform (eduFInet). He was visiting researcher<br />

at the University of Minnesota (2009, 2010 y 2011) and at the European University Institute of Florence (2004).<br />

He has also been Assistant Professor in specialized courses for Professor Dr. Albert Marcet on Bayesian<br />

Econometrics (2002) and Time Series Analysis: SVAR (1998), organized by the International Menéndez y<br />

Pelayo University. His research fields are economic growth, progress in investment-specific technology, analysis<br />

of exchange rate regimes and international economy. He has published nine articles in indexed journals:<br />

Macroeconomic Dynamics, Open Economies Review, Information Economics and Policy, Journal of<br />

Macroeconomics December, Eastern European Economics, Review of International Economics and The<br />

Emili Tortosa-Ausina (Universitat Jaume I)<br />

Dr Tortosa graduated in Economics and Business Studies from the Universitat de València and obtained his<br />

PhD with special honors from the Universitat Jaume I in Castellón, where he is currently an Associate Professor<br />

in Applied Economics. He has also lectured in the Economic Analysis Department at the University of Alicante<br />

and has held scholarships at various institutions. He has been a guest researcher at the Business Economics<br />

Department at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, the School of Economics at the University of New<br />

South Wales (Sydney, Australia), the Economics Department at Oregon State University (USA), the School of<br />

Management of the University of Leicester (UK), and the Faculty of Business and Economics of the Diego<br />

Portales University (Chile). His specialist research areas are economic measurement, in particular, the analysis<br />

of efficiency and productivity. He has published various books in collaboration with others, and his articles have<br />

appeared in specialized journals such as Annals of Regional Science, Applied Economics Letters, Applied<br />

Economics, Applied Financial Economics, Computers and Operations Research, Economic Geography,<br />

Economics Letters, Economics of Education Review, Empirical Economics, Environment and Planning A,<br />

European Economic Review, European Journal of Operational Research, Growth and Change, Hacienda Pública<br />
