In this experiment, the tested binders for theretouch paint were prepared from acryl copolymers and the solvents appropriatefor them. The binders were mixed with 21-colour pigments for making paintsamples. The properties of the made paint were evaluated visually and by optictest tools after measuring changes in glittering, the color tone, richness, lightnessand a general shade before and after artificial (photochemical) ageing. The mostproper binder for the majority of the pigments exploited in the experiment wasacrylic copolymer Paraloid B-72 dissolved in toluene. It has been proved by theevaluation of the results of the changes in lightness, richness of colour, glitteringand a general shade.T YRINñ JIMAI / 23
