NON-AUTOCLAVED POROUS CONCRETE<br />

AND IT'S COMPOSITE PRODUCTS<br />

SUMMARY<br />

Technologies of production and properties of non-autoclaved<br />

porous concrete, properties of composite products with nonautoclaved<br />

porous concrete, their technologies of production and<br />

questions about the usage of new products are analysed in this monograph.<br />

The authors of this monograph represent development methods of<br />

foams' properties because higher requirements are enhanced for nonautoclaved<br />

porous concrete: fine-grained sand is used (or it's not used<br />

at all) for production of non-autoclaved poruos concrete, therefore<br />

foams have to support fresh formed mixture till the attainment of<br />

binders' hydratation and proper plastic strength.<br />

Frothing agents „Estand 1“ and „Centripor SK-120“ are<br />

suitablest for these aims and fine-grained wastes of poruos concrete<br />

are selected as the mineralizator of foam.<br />

Mineral and organic fibrous additives are used to enlarge the<br />

strenght characteristics of non-autoclaved foam cement concrete. It is<br />

fixed that these additives do not have any influence to the macrostructure<br />

of foam cement concrete and to the strength, however these additives<br />

enlarge the flexion strength of specimens for 1,1–2,4 times<br />

and tensile strength for 1,3–4,7 times. Square shape crosssection fibres<br />

of polypropylene („Fiber“ sheaf) are effectivest.<br />

It is shown that composite non-autoclaved specimens which matrix<br />

is foam cement concrete and insertions are non-grained sand or<br />

sheaves, values of desiccation deformations depend on the<br />

density of material, type and amount of insertions, relative humidity<br />

meteor.<br />
