Application for the KCD Merit Scholars ProgramThe Kentucky Country Day School (KCD) Merit Scholars program is a highly selective, achievement basedscholarship opportunity that recognizes outstanding students based upon superior academic performance andstandardized test score results.To be eligible for a KCD Merit Scholarship, applicants must be entering the sixth or ninth grade for the2011-2012 school year.Applications from current KCD students must be submitted to the Admissions Office by December 10,2010, with a testing date of Saturday, December 11, 2010 at 9:00 am.All prospective KCD students must apply by January 21, 2011, with a testing date of January 22, 2010 ,at9:00 am. All prospective KCD students must comply with the normal application process for the school.Based upon test scores, grades and an initial review of applicants files, an Admissions Committee willdetermine the group of recipients.Step 1.
