目 黒 寄 生 虫 館 は1957 年 に 文 部 省 ( 当 時 )から 財 団 法 人 設 立 の 許 可 を 受 けました。 以 後 今 日 に 至 るまでの50 年 余 り、 国 や 自 治 体 などの 補 助 は 受 けず、 独 立 採 算 制 による 運 営 を 維 持 しております。 とりわけ1993 年 のリニューアルオープン 以 降 は「 世 界 で 唯 一 の 寄 生 虫 の 博 物 館 」「 無 料 で 入 れる 博 物 館 」と メディアでも 頻 繁 に 紹 介 されるようになりました。 毎 日 多 くの 見 学 者 の 方 が 来 館 されていることには、 スタッフ 一 同 厚 く 御 礼 申 し 上 げます。 しかしながら、 華 やかにみえる 面 とは 裏 腹 に、その 内 情 は 折 からの 世 界 経 済 状 況 の 影 響 により 不 況 のあおりを 真 っ 向 から 受 ける 形 となり、 厳 しい 財 政 状 況 が 続 いていると 言 わざるをえません。 このような 状 況 をご 理 解 いただいた 上 で、 皆 様 からのご 寄 付 をお 願 い 申 し 上 げる 次 第 です。 皆 様 からのご 寄 付 は、 今 後 とも 公 益 法 人 として、よりよい 研 究 ・ 展 示 活 動 を 続 けていくための 貴 重 な 財 源 と なります。 展 示 室 に 募 金 箱 が 設 置 されておりますので、ご 来 館 の 際 には 何 卒 ご 協 力 をお 願 いいたします。 なお、ご 寄 付 は 館 内 募 金 箱 の 他 、 振 込 や 書 留 でもお 受 けしております。 Meguro Parasitological Museum is a nonprofit, charitable organization. (1995), Journal of Nagano Prefectural College, 50: 33-50.) に 収 録 された 当 館 標 本 データを 元 に、 加 え てそれ 以 降 に 記 載 され 当 館 に 登 録 された 標 本 と、あらたに 保 管 が 明 らかになった 種 を 追 加 して、 現 在 のところ 計 1,187 種 を 収 録 しています。 表 では、 寄 生 蠕 虫 類 を 綱 ( 単 生 虫 、 吸 虫 、 条 虫 、 線 虫 、 鉤 頭 虫 ) 別 に 分 け、 各 綱 の 中 で 種 名 をABC 順 に 配 列 し、 当 館 の 標 本 登 録 番 号 (MPM Coll. No.)を 示 しています。 The catalogue is based on data of "Catalogue of Type Specimens of Parasitic Helminths Preserved in the Museums in Japan, 2nd Ed." (Machida, M., Araki, J. & Mitsuoka T., 1991; National Museum of Nature and Science, Tokyo) and "A Revised Checklist and Bibliography of the Platyhelminth Parasites by Dr. Yoshimasa Ozaki, 1923-1966, and their Specimens Deposited in the Meguro Parasitological Museum, Tokyo."(Shimazu, T. (1995), Journal of Nagano Prefectural College, 50: 33-50.), and newly registrated data of parasite specimens deposited to Meguro Parasitological Museum after 1991. Type specimens of 1,187 parasite species are recorded until now.
