training program.<br />

The purpose of this study was to investigate an effect of<br />

rhythm Taekwondo training program on body composition and<br />

physical fitness.<br />

The conclusions of this study were as follows;<br />

After 12 weeks training with rhythm Taekwondo, between<br />

before training and after training, participators' weight showed<br />

a few decrease, but the record was not showed statistically<br />

significant difference.<br />

Participators' percent body fat showed decrease effects,<br />

and was showed statistically significant difference.<br />

Participators' percent body fat showed decrease effects,<br />

and was showed statistically significant difference, and in<br />

body fat showed increase effects, and the record was<br />

showed statistically significant difference.<br />

After 12 weeks training with rhythm Taekwondo, between<br />

before training and after training, participators' 10m running<br />

record showed a few decrease in male participators, but the<br />

record was not showed statistically significant difference.<br />

In participators' flexible measurement, all male participators<br />

and female participators were higher the record, and the<br />
