ABSTRACT<br />
The Effects of Rhythm Taekwondo Training Program on Body<br />
Composition and Physical Fitness<br />
Hyprkinetic disease due to development the machine<br />
industry and growth of economic is as popular topic today and<br />
its popularity has been a major factor in motivating exercise<br />
and managing health. The opportunity of body movement has<br />
been dwindled away and spending energy is less than intake<br />
energy. Under the existing circumstances, disease of<br />
retrogress, CHD, and high blood pressure including obesity<br />
have been grown longer.<br />
One of the major problems associated with height/weight<br />
tables and the BMI is that there is no way to know if the<br />
person is heavily muscled or simply overfat. The most direct<br />
way to measure body composition is to do a chemical analysis<br />
of the whole body to determine the amount of water, fat,<br />
protein, and minerals, etc. Also, weight/height tables and BMI<br />
are different on body composition, and though two persons<br />
have similar weight and height, they bear no resemblance<br />
about body composition.<br />
The primary purpose of this study was to examine the<br />
