Artist Portrait Mario Malfer Mario Malfer’s colorful painting is an exciting synthesis of abstraction and landscape painting. Above all, the beauty of his Italian homeland, which he preferably captures with oil paints on canvas, he is able to reproduce in a poetic way. In doing so, he succeeds in emphasizing the ambiguity of each perceived impression through the collage-like fanning out of his works. The great play with colors and the masterful plasticity of his paintings inspire the viewer again and again. Mario Malfer has long been popular mainly with art lovers in Italy and Germany.
