Rund 350 Kunden täglich kommen in die älteste, noch bestehende Apotheke der Mozartstadt. Betreut werden Sie vom Mitarbeiterteam rund um Barbara Gaertner, deren Familie nun schon in vierter Generation die Geschäfte im Haus am Alten Markt führt. „Die Apotheke ist seit jeher ein wichtiger Teil der Familie. Ich kann mir auch nicht vorstellen, dass die Apotheke einmal nicht mehr wäre. Die Vorstellung ist furchtbar und mir ganz zuwider“, erklärt Barbara Gaertner, deren Urgroßvater Leo Biskup sich 1923 anteilsmäßig in die Hofapotheke einkaufte und dreizehn Jahre später deren Alleineigentümer wurde. The Prince-Archbishop‘s Court Apothecary was founded 420 years ago and has supplied Salzburg locals as well as guests with medicines and household remedies since that time. Around 350 customers come to the oldest surviving pharmacy in the city of Mozart every day. The team of employees that assists you there is centered around Barbara Gaertner, whose family has been in charge of business for the house in the old market for four generations. „The pharmacy has been an important part of our family as long as I can remember. I can hardly imagine that it would someday be gone. Just the idea is horrible and quite unpleasant for me“, explains Barbara Gaertner, whose great-grandfather Leo Biskup bought a partial stake in the pharmacy in 1923 and thirteen years later became the sole owner.
