The current special exhibition with the iconic works of Gerhard Richter, which can be seen in the Olaf- Gulbransson Museum Tegernsee until July 28, 2024, follows seamlessly on the huge success of the major exhibitions “Marc Chagall” or “From Renoir to Jawlensky”. The 88 works on display from the Olbricht Collection offer a fascinating insight into the multifaceted work of the world-famous German artist. The exhibition presents a wide selection of Richter‘s works, spanning his evolutionary artistic output over six decades. From his famous abstract paintings to his iconic photo overpaintings, the exhibition offers visitors the opportunity to delve into the complex world of Richter‘s œuvre.
