Paid long-term disability and Life Insurance for employee, additional life insurance available for spouse/dependents. Health Savings Account with Department contributions up to ,200 annually. TMRS Retirement 7% w/ 2:1 match (20 yr). 457 Deferred Compensation Plan with employer contribution of 2.5% of annual salary.
