REGOLAMENTO DEL CONGRESSO<br />
L'ospitalità è riconosciuta al nostro Ospite d'Onore e al suo accompagnatore s<strong>in</strong>o ad esaurimento delle camere offerte dai nostri mecenati e pertanto la scheda <strong>di</strong> adesione dovrà far riferimento esclusivamente alla persona che<br />
<strong>in</strong>terverrà fisicamente al congresso e al suo accompagnatore Possono aderire al Convegno s<strong>in</strong>gole persone, amm<strong>in</strong>istrazioni pubbliche, or<strong>di</strong>ni professionali, associazioni ed enti italiani. La conferma della partecipazione deve<br />
pervenire presso la Segreteria Scientifica <strong>di</strong> Milano entro e non oltre il 18/10/10 via e-mail ed entro il 20/10/10 via posta, allegando per ciascun partecipante la scheda, una foto formato tessera unitamente a quella<br />
dell'accompagnatore.<br />
Il C.I.R.G.I.S. (ente senza scopo <strong>di</strong> lucro) si riserva tramite una commissione ad hoc <strong>di</strong> confermare con lo stesso mezzo non appena sarà completato l'elenco cronologico delle schede pervenute e comunque entro e non oltre il<br />
21/10/10 consegnando un contrassegno personale <strong>di</strong> riconoscimento del congressista e dell'accompagnatore. Gli atti, i documenti, gli <strong>in</strong>terventi, le registrazioni, le video riprese, le <strong>in</strong>terviste e le relazioni svolte<br />
nel corso dei lavori congressuali <strong>in</strong> Trento restano <strong>di</strong> proprietà esclusiva del Sodalizio autorizzandone f<strong>in</strong> d'ora l'autore la pubblicazione anche per estratto.<br />
Tutti gli ospiti, nessuno escluso, si dovranno attenere scrupolosamente al programma, <strong>in</strong> particolare per quanto concerne gli orari, le relazioni, gli <strong>in</strong>terventi, il trasporto, con esonero del C.I.R.G.I.S. da ogni responsabilità,<br />
<strong>di</strong>chiarando <strong>di</strong> accettare <strong>in</strong> proprio ogni e qualsiasi rischio derivante dalla partecipazione al congresso <strong>di</strong> cui al presente regolamento.<br />
Ciascun congressista è responsabile anche per l'accompagnatore del materiale tecnico a lui affidato.<br />
Il sottoscritto ospite esprime il consenso aff<strong>in</strong>chè i propri dati personali possano essere trattati dal Sodalizio con le modalità e cautele <strong>di</strong> cui ai sensi dell'art.13 della Legge 675/96.<br />
Il Cirgis mette a <strong>di</strong>sposizione dell'ospite per maggiori <strong>in</strong>formazioni il proprio sito www.cirgis.it<br />
Il presente regolamento da <strong>in</strong>tendersi apposto sul retro della scheda ne costituisce parte <strong>in</strong>tegrante e <strong>in</strong>sc<strong>in</strong><strong>di</strong>bile.<br />
Il presente regolamento non potrà subire mo<strong>di</strong>fiche.<br />
Nessun rimborso spese compete all'ospite.<br />
I partecipanti ai soli lavori non hanno <strong>di</strong>ritto alle prestazioni alberghiere, pranzi, cene e manifestazioni correlate e pertanto dovranno provvedere personalmente e <strong>di</strong>rettamente .<br />
Hospitality is granted to our guest of honour and to their accompany<strong>in</strong>g guest until all rooms offered by our patrons are occupied. Consequently the registration form must specifically name the person who will attend the<br />
congress and their accompany<strong>in</strong>g guest.<br />
The follow<strong>in</strong>g persons may jo<strong>in</strong> the Congress: private <strong>in</strong><strong>di</strong>vidual; public adm<strong>in</strong>istrators; professional associations; other associations and <strong>in</strong>stitutions. Notice of confirmation of participation must given to the scientific<br />
adm<strong>in</strong>istration office of Milan until 18th october 2010 by email and until 20th october 2010<br />
by regular mail, enclos<strong>in</strong>g the registration form and a passport photo for each participant and their accompany<strong>in</strong>g guest.<br />
C.I.R.G.I.S. (a non-profit organisation) reta<strong>in</strong>s the right to confirm by the same way, as soon as the chronological list is completed. The confirmation will be made no later than 21th october 2010, giv<strong>in</strong>g an identification badge<br />
to the guest and their accompany<strong>in</strong>g guest.<br />
Papers, documents, speeches, recor<strong>di</strong>ngs, videos, <strong>in</strong>terviews at the conference are the property of C.I.R.G..I.S. The author expressly authorises hereby any publication of their work (<strong>in</strong>clu<strong>di</strong>ng any abstracts).<br />
All guests, without exception, must comply with the programme; <strong>in</strong> particular, the scheduled time for speeches, meet<strong>in</strong>gs and transportation. C.I.R.G..I.S assumes no responsibility for personal <strong>in</strong>juries or damage to<br />
personal property <strong>in</strong>curred by the guest as a result of his participation <strong>in</strong> the congress.<br />
Each guest is responsible for their assigned tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g aid and that of their accompany<strong>in</strong>g guest.<br />
