CH2Cl2 lehorretan (10 mL) disolbaturiko 45a oxoamidari (142 mg, 0.26 mmol)<br />

BF3•O(C2H5)2 (0.38 mL, 3.11 mmol) gehitu zitzaion 0 o C-tan. Nahastea inguruneko<br />

tenperaturara heltzen utzi zen eta jarraian, birfluxuan berotu zen 2 egunez. Adierazitako<br />

denbora igaro ondoren, BF3•O(C2H5)2 (0.38 mL, 3.11 mmol) gehitu zitzaion bigarren<br />

aldiz eta nahastea birfluxutan mantendu zen 2 egunez. Nahastea inguruneko<br />

tenperaturara heltzen utzi zen, NaHCO3 (5 mL) gehitu zen eta CH2Cl2-z (3 × 10 mL)<br />

erauzi zen. Erauzkin organikoak NaCl-zko (3 × 10 mL) disoluzio aseaz garbitu ziren,<br />

Na2SO4 anhidroz lehortu ziren, iragazi ziren eta disolbatzailea hutsean lurrundu zen.<br />
