fenilpropionaldehido (0.2 mL, 1.6 mmol) eta p-anisidina (209 mg, 1.6 mmol)<br />

erreaktiboetatik abiatuta momentuan sintetizaturiko imina kanulaz gehitu zen –90 o C-<br />

tan. Erreakzio-nahastea 2 orduz irabiatu ondoren, ura gehitu zen –90 o C-tan eta fase<br />

organikoa NaCl-ko disoluzio aseaz (3 × 10 mL) garbitu zen. Disoluzio organiko batuak<br />

Na2SO4 anhidroz lehortu, iragazi eta disolbatzailea hutsean kontzentratu zen. Zutabe-<br />

kromatografiaren bidez purifikatu ondoren (silize-gela, hexano/AcOEt %20) 11<br />

produktua (251 mg, 0.98 mmol) sirupo bezala lortu zen.<br />
