5. Kapitulua Atal Esperimentala<br />

5.2.2.10. 3e N-[(1-metil)-bentzil]-1-naftalenmetilaminaren <strong>sintesi</strong>a<br />

MeLi-a (1.3 mL, 1.25 mmol) dietil eter lehorretan (11 mL) dagoen (−)-<br />

esparteinaren (0.3 mL, 1.48 mmol) disoluzioari gehitu zitzaion –78 o C-tan. Tenperatura<br />

horretan 20 minutuz irabiatzen mantendu ondoren, N-fenilmetileno-1-naftilmetilamina<br />

(139.5 mg, 0.57 mmol) gehitu zitzaion –78 o C-tan. Erreakzio nahastea –42 o C-tan<br />

irabiatzen mantendu zen ordubetez. Ura gehitu zen eta fase organikoa NaCl-ko<br />

disoluzio aseaz (3 × 10 mL) garbitu zen. Segidan, Na2SO4-z lehortu, iragazi eta<br />

disolbatzailea hutsean kontzentratu zen. Zutabe-kromatografiaren bidez purifikatu<br />

ondoren (silize-gela, hexano/ AcOEt %10), N-[(1-metil)-bentzil-1-naftalenmetilamina<br />

(10.4 mg, 0.04 mmol) olio modura lortu zen.<br />
